Rhapsody©2008Sometimes the hardest thing is to say nothing when life requires you to be silent and to speak when circumstances dictates you say something. The challenge lies in choosing the appropriate response in the appropriate time, for the appropriate situation. Mindfulness Thought: Be present in the moment and in tune with your thoughts and surroundings so you will know precisely when to act and when to observe. Sometimes you may get it right sometimes you may not either way there is a lesson to be learnt.
